Fast hachapuri
2 Armenian lavash
500 g salty cheese (mozzarella, suluguni or cheese)
500 g hard cheese (Bukovina, Kostroma or Russian)
3 eggs
milk

In a deep bowl grate cheese, pour milk until the consistency of yogurt, drive eggs, mix well.
Lay on a baking sheet first pita, fill it with cheese mixture part, then the 2nd sheet again mix and so on.
Hachapuri put in preheated oven, cook until golden brown for 10-15 minutes.
