Chicken in a pita
Cheese Suluguni one of my favorites. I buy one Armenian women in our local market. There I just tastier. Cook it in a variety of ways: with herbs, just salty, tender, in the form of braids, in the form of sticks and just round classic. At the same Armenian women I usually buy and pita bread. Thin, supple and fragrant. These two ingredients for me symbolize only one dish: chicken in a pita. Additionally you will need a few more ingredients, but I think you can easily find in any store.
Ingredients:
- 3 sheet thin lavash
- 300 g Suluguni cheese
- 2 tbsp. mayonnaise
- 2 cloves garlic
- half beam parsley
- ? beam oregano
- 6-7 tomatoes
Calorie dishes are small: about 200 calories in 1 serving.
Preparation:
Suluguni cheese RUB on a grater.
The greens are finely chop the garlic passed through the press. Mix the cheese with herbs, garlic and mayonnaise.
Tomatoes cut into thin slices.
Pita bread cut into two parts across. Spread on the edge of the cheese mixture on top of tomatoes.

Sent it on the grill. At least come and conventional pan. Fry on both sides until Golden brown.
