Grilled spicy mackerel
2 mackerel
1 tbsp. dry ginger
1 tsp. Provencal herbs
1 tsp. cumin
1 tsp. coriander
1 tsp. curry
1 a pinch of sea salt
1 pinch of pepper
Combine all spices and herbs, salt and pepper, to pound all in a mortar.
On both sides, sprinkle with a mixture of prepared fish, take in the cold for an hour.
Preparing grilled spicy mackerel at a temperature of 200 degrees on the grill (put the fish on a baking sheet), or 10 min on each side at the highest level in the oven.
