Julien with mushrooms

0.5 kg champignons

150 g hard cheese

100 g butter

10 Art. l. heavy cream

Prepare the mushrooms, caps separated from the legs, cut all the strips.

Saute mushrooms in butter, combine them with cream, salt and mix well.

Sprinkle mushrooms with grated cheese and bake.

Serve hot.
