Grilled marinated beef in Berlin
200 g beef
1-2 carrots
1 onions
1 lemon
parsley root
celery
Bay leaf
vinegar
black peppercorn

Slices chop the onion, carrot, celery, parsley, join, add Bay leaf, peppercorn, salt, pour the vinegar, add water to the eyes and boil.
Put the meat in an earthenware or enamel container, pour the cooled completely with the marinade, cover with lemon slices, cover with a cloth (soaked in the marinade), leave to marinate for 3 days.
Wipe dry the meat and fry it on all sides.
Put in a saucepan, add fried onions, parsley, carrots, halfway pour the marinade and pour the broth, put in the oven under cover until tender.
Ready baked marinated beef in Berlin is cut into slices and served with vegetables.
