Marinated tomatoes and onions
500 g tomatoes
1 onions
Marinade:
3 cloves of garlic
1 a dried hot pepper pod
4 Art. l. vegetable oil
2 Art. l. lemon juice
1 h. l. honey
1 ch.lo. dried basil
salt
Chop the onion into half rings, tomatoes - circles.
Finely chop the garlic, do not pass through the press, combine all marinade ingredients and mix.
Put the tomatoes and onions, alternating in a special container or jar, pour the marinade.
Cover tightly and remove the tomatoes in the refrigerator and serve marinated tomatoes with onions no earlier than 2 days.
