Tomatoes with carrots and onions "hit of the season"
3 kg green tomatoes
1,5 kg carrots
1,5 kg Luke
100 g salt
Marinade:
vegetable oil
9 vinegar %
sugar
To grate the carrots and tomatoes, rings chop onion, add salt, mix all, leave on for 12 hours.
For marinade combine 300 grams of sugar, vinegar and oil, bring to boil, then pour marinade over the vegetables, boil them half an hour.
Boiling the tomatoes, carrots and onions "hit of the season" are put in sterilized banks and rolled.
