Roasted mixed vegetables
100 g grated cheese (Parmesan better)
4-5 tubers Potato
2 zucchini
2 tomatoes
2 cloves garlic
1/2 head onions
1 tablespoons thyme
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
olive oil
All vegetables are washed, cleaned and cut into thin plastics.
Garlic and onions fry about 7 minutes in olive oil, put on the bottom of the baking dish.
Mugs put vegetables in a circle, pepper and salt, sprinkle with thyme and drizzle with oil.
Cover the vegetables with foil, bake in a preheated 175 degree oven, then remove the foil and sprinkle with cheese vegetables, roasted mixed vegetables cook for another half hour.
