Potatoes vegetable with prunes
1 kg potatoes
100 g prunes pitted
2 onions
1 bunch dill and parsley
3 tbsp. vegetable oil
Bay leaf
black pepper
salt
Peel potatoes, coarsely chop, pan with oil and fry until Golden brown, remove from the pan.
Fry in the same pan onion, sliced into half rings, until Browning.
Wash, cut the plums in half.
Put the potatoes in a saucepan, add the onion, prunes, Bay leaf, pepper and salt, cover, continue cooking 10 minutes without adding water.
Before serving potatoes lean with prunes sprinkle with chopped herbs.
