Stew with dried fruit and sauerkraut lean
250 g sauerkraut
6 potatoes
3 prunes
3 dried apricots
2 small green Apple
2 garlic cloves
1 carrots
1 onions
1 tsp. cumin

Carrots and a small quantity of celery cut into strips and fry in butter in a thick-walled bowl, add chopped onion straws.
Clean, rinse, coarsely chop the potatoes, add to the other vegetables and fry for about 5 minutes, put chopped apples (core removed), then the cabbage, sliced into strips prunes and apricots (wash, do not soak).
Add salt and pepper to taste, put the chopped garlic and cumin, it is possible to taste and add the sugar, mix well.
Pour stew in hot water until the middle of the pan, cover without interfering put out 30-40 minutes on low heat, add the Bay leaf for 5 minutes until cooked.
