5 black peppercorns
4-5 medium potatoes
3 bay leaves
2 jars of canned red beans
2 pickles medium
2 medium carrots
2 onions
2 Art. l. tomato paste

Clear, coarsely chopped potatoes, put in a saucepan, add water so that it completely covers the potatoes, put peppercorn and bay leaf and salt.
Of finely chopped onion and carrot circles do zazharku, adding pepper, then tomato paste, add flour, stir and remove from heat.
Cucumber slice, put in a boiling potatoes (5 minutes after boiling), together with dried celery, bring to a boil again.
Put in a pot zazharku once again bring to a boil, then add the beans and mix.
Stir, put bean stew lean over low heat for about 20 minutes before serving, sprinkle with herbs, if desired, you can add the garlic.
