Potatoes with mushrooms lean "urban"
600-700 g mushrooms
6-8 medium potatoes
5-6 black pepper peas
3-4 Bay leaves
2 onions
1 large carrots
1-2 tsp. parsley root
1 tsp. coriander
1 tsp. curry
vegetable oil
salt
The carrots and peel the onions, chop the onion arbitrarily, carrots thinly, put in a pan with oil, saute, add sliced mushrooms, salt and stir fry for about 10 minutes
Pour into the bottom of a large pan with oil, put the potatoes, cut into cubes, put the coriander, Bay leaf, parsley root, curry and pepper, stir, under the lid to put out about 5-10 minutes, add mushrooms and onions and carrots, stir.
