Potato gnocchi in Italian "Gnocchi"
800 g canned tomatoes in sobst. juice
200 g beans
8 medium potatoes
1 onions
1 carrot
1-2 glass flour
some flour to choose? we'll show
4-5 Art. l. semolina
olive oil
In uniform, boil the potatoes, peel even in hot, crush, add the flour and semolina.
From the resulting mass knead dough.
Rub the grated carrots, chopped onion, saute everything in butter, add the chopped tomatoes, boiled beans, spices to taste, garlic, salt and boil for a few minutes.
Roll the dough into a sausage, cut into pieces 1 cm, boil the gnocchi in salted boiling water, boil until they float, just get it.
