Porridge with chicken in Armenian "Aris"
200 g Wheat Groats
500 g Chicken
80 g onions
60 g ghee
salt
Cereal soaked in water.
Pour chicken 4 cups of water, bring to a boil, remove the foam and cook until tender. Separate the flesh from the bones and cut into her pieces.
Strain the broth and bring it to a boil, pour cereal, add the chicken and cook until the consistency of a homogeneous viscous mass over low heat, stirring constantly.
Season with salt and stir.
Chop the onion into half rings, fry in butter.
Before serving, put cereal in a dish, add the onion and decorate it with greenery.
