Millet porridge with chicken
200 g millet grains
50 g butter

2 chicken breasts
2 onions
1 clove bud
1 carrot
1 parsley root
1 bay leaves
1 Art. l. vegetable oil

ground black pepper
salt
Clear, cut carrots and parsley root.
Boil chicken breasts until cooked, cut into small pieces.
Bring remaining after cooking the chicken broth to a boil, add the millet groats, boil for 20 minutes.
Finely chop the onion and fry in butter, add the chicken, fry for 5 minutes.
Stir porridge and chicken with onions, season with butter.
Before serving, millet porridge with chicken decorated with parsley.
