Millet porridge, potato "Kulesh"
3 glass water
2 glass milk

Rinse until water clarity millet, pour over boiling water, drain, pour hot water, bring to a boil.
Pour in the milk millet, add finely chopped onion (passaged in butter) and potatoes, salt and mix well.
Preparing millet porridge-potato "Kulesh" as follows: cover the pan with a lid, bring porridge until cooked in the oven 1-1.5 hours before serving to fill butter.
