Cupcakes with chicken hearts
250 g chicken hearts
200 g broccoli
200 ml water
2 carrots
1 egg
1 onions
? glass semolina
1 h. l. sesame seeds
ground black pepper
vegetable fat
salt
Not cleaned, boiled until tender carrots, allow to cool, then peel and cut into cubes.
Pour the grits to 200 ml of water, infuse 15 minutes.
Saut the diced onions in butter until transparent shade.
Combine onion and chicken hearts, mince.
Mixer beat the egg, combine with semolina and water, pepper, salt, stir, add onions twisted heart, stir until smooth.
Add to the mix the pieces of broccoli, carrot cubes, put on all oiled formochkam (powder form before adding weight semolina).
Baked cupcakes with chicken hearts about half an hour until cooked at 200 degrees in preheated oven, then before serving muffins get a form, sprinkle with sesame seeds.
