Chicken hearts with cream sauce
500 g Chicken hearts
20 g leeks
2 g olive oil
1 carrot
1 onions
2 Art. l. sour cream 15%
spices to taste
pepper
salt
Heart wash, remove all unnecessary, onion cleaned, cut into small pieces.
Fry the onion in a frying pan with oil until golden brown, add the heart, to extinguish 12-15 minutes, add the carrots, cut into cubes, put, stirring, 3 more minutes, add salt and pepper, add spices to taste and sour cream, mix well, cook for 2 -3 min.
Before serving chicken hearts with cream sauce, sprinkle with herbs, served with a side dish of rice, potatoes or pasta.
