Cutlets of veal for a couple
500 g pulp veal
1 onions
1 carrots
2 sweet pepper
100 g mushrooms
2 tomato
1 egg
1 zucchini
2 tbsp. dry white wine
2 tbsp. olive oil
salt
Boil mushrooms steamed and finely chop.
Mince the flesh of veal, add the egg, wine, mushrooms, salt and mix well. Sformula mince patties and cook them for a couple.
A finely chop the vegetables and simmered with butter until tender.
Before serving hareruya cutlets with vegetables and decorate with greens.
