Cutlet of veal with porcini mushrooms
500 g pulp veal
100 g ceps
1 egg
? lemon
2 Art. l. dry white wine
salt
Boil for a couple of mushrooms, finely chop.
Veal mince, connect with mushrooms, wine, egg, salt, stir in cooked minced meat formed into patties.
Put the chops in a double boiler for half an hour.
Slice the lemon before serving veal cutlets with lemon slices arrange greens as a side dish you can use boiled vegetables.
