Patties eggs

6 boiled chicken eggs

1 a bunch of fresh dill

1 a bunch of green onions

2 tbsp. semolina

1 tbsp. sour cream

1 tbsp. wheat flour

Eggs RUB on a large grater, combine with chopped onions and dill, add 2 tbsp of semolina, 1 tbsp. flour, salt, stir.

Add into the mix the sour cream or a spoonful of water or milk, mix until sticky, malleable mixture.

Molded cakes.

Fried patties of eggs on both sides until Golden brown in a pan with heated oil, served with whipped cream, sour cream.
