Rabbit "Capital"
400 g pulp rabbit
80 g coconut flakes
40 g butter (for submission)

The flesh is slightly hit by clearance from pre tendons and films. To give the nuggets an oval shape, sprinkle with spices.
Baton without crusts grate, combine with coconut.
Egg whisk, brush them with chops, then breaded in a mixture of bread and coconut flakes.
Fry the meat in oil on both sides for 10-15 minutes
Before serving, put the chops on a plate, on each piece of meat to put a slice of butter, garnish rabbit warmed in butter green peas and slices of orange.
