Chicken skewers with apricot jam
700 g watermelon
6 chicken wings
6 chicken legs
0.5 glass apricot jam
4 Art. l. soy sauce
3 Art. l. ketchup
1 Art. l. sugar
green salad
ground black pepper
salt
To prepare the glaze combine soy sauce, jam, pepper, sugar and ketchup, mix well.
Pieces of chicken fry in a pan, greased thickly glazed, fry the chicken with the glaze until cooked in a frying pan.
Before serving, put chicken skewers with apricot jam on a plate, arrange lettuce, slices of watermelon.
