Pasta with potatoes
500 g pasta
500 g potatoe
2 medium bulbs
3-4 tbsp. oil for caramelization of onions
2 tbsp. seasoning of pepper
Salt to taste
Parsley for garnish
Cook the pasta, drain and set them aside.
Cook the potatoes and make puree out of it with or without oil.
Add salt and pasta and potatoes and mix them with each other.
Peel and chop the onion. Douse it in oil until transparent to caramelizing. Add paprika to the onions. Mix onions with pasta and potatoes.
All mix thoroughly, but gently. Sprinkle with fresh parsley and serve.
