500 g beef

100 g chicken

1 egg

0.5 glass dark raisins

0.5 glass shelled walnuts

Clear meat from films and veins, skip 2 times through a meat grinder with a fine grid.

Steamed raisins, endure it until tender (15-20 minutes).

Connect with minced yolk, mint and parsley, walnuts, add? tsp black pepper, salt and mix well.
