"Amateur" steak
450 g minced chicken
360 g flesh beef
3 eggs
3 cloves of garlic
3 Art. l. vegetable oil
3 Art. l. water
ground black pepper

Skip beef with garlic through a meat grinder. Connect with minced chicken and add the eggs, water, salt and pepper and mix well.
Molded minced steak and roast them until cooked on both sides.
Before serving, "amateur" steak can pour juice, obtained when frying, garnish couscous.
