Steak with egg
800 g flesh beef
50 g bacon
4 eggs
salt
ground pepper
oil for frying
0.5 banks lecho or tomato puree
Portioned meat cut into slices, lightly beat off, rub with salt, pepper, lard, breaded in flour and fry on both sides. Cooked meat to put on a heated plate. In a frying pan to cook fried eggs (4 servings) and put one on each piece of meat. In a frying pan heat the fat in letcho garnish and serve with boiled or fried potatoes.
