1 kg 1 clove of garlic (for meat)

1 kg 20 g salt (in)

This New Year's hot dish looks rich and perfectly decorate the Christmas table.

Ham with salt and leave for a day in the refrigerator.

An hour before roasting salt small pieces of meat on the pork, ham incise the skin cells, pepper and salt, lard garlic, put in the pan and add 0.5 cups of water, put in the preheated oven.
