Paprikash from potatoes
500 g potatoes
30 g butter
80 g sour cream
red pepper powder
1/2 bulbs
flour

Processed potatoes cut into slices and fried in butter. Passer onions. Mix it with the potatoes, add red pepper, broth and stew until tender. Before the end of the fighting salt, pour sour cream mixed with flour, and bring to a boil.
