Potatoes stuffed with liver
8 potatoes
200 g beef liver
1 onion
40 g fat
salt
For the sauce:
4 tbsp. sour cream
4 tbsp. broth
pepper
1/2 tsp. flour

1 onion
Diced or julienned liver, onions, bacon fry. For the sauce: fried without fat flour to separate the broth, add the onion, pepper, salt, boil for 15 minutes, adding the cream for 5 minutes until tender. Prepare and stuff the potato, as in the previous recipe, bake in the oven. Before serving, drizzle the potatoes with the sauce.
