Steam the meatballs of beef
300 g beef boneless
3 g ginger root fresh
green onion - a small bunch
1 tbsp. cooking wine
1 tbsp. sesame oil
1 tbsp. starch
protein eggs
1 glass salt and pepper to taste (approx . spoon)
Beef chop with a knife in the meat, add the finely chopped ginger and onion, add protein, sesame oil, wine and cornstarch, salt and pepper and knead well. Form meatballs and place in a deep dish and cook steamed until tender (10-15 minutes).
