For the recipe You will need:

1-1.5 kg beef tongue

1 PCs carrots

1 PCs parsley (root)

1 PCs onion

1 PCs egg (boiled)

1 tbsp. sesame (seeds)



1 PCs pepper (chilli)

dill, parsley (green) - to taste

1 tbsp. vinegar (3%)

1 tsp. sugar

1 tbsp. soy sauce

red pepper (freshly ground) to taste

2 tbsp. vegetable oil

3 garlic cloves

3-4 PCs green onions (stalk, chopped)

chicken bouillon

Language cook with vegetables, salt and pepper until tender. Immediately immerse in cold water and not allowing to cool, remove the skin. Again warm up the broth and cool.

For the marinade, combine all ingredients.

Language cut into thin slices, arrange on a dish and pour the marinade over. Cover with foil and keep in the refrigerator for at least 3 hours.

When serving, decorate with slices of egg, sesame seeds and herbs.
