Pickled tongue
For the recipe You will need:
1 kg language
2 tbsp. vinegar
1/4 tsp. nitrate
1 tbsp. sugar
pepper, Lavrushka, cloves - to taste
The language clean and tightly put in a glass dish. Of all the spices to cook the marinade. Cool, pour the language, to keep it in there for 3-4 days. Then remove from the marinade, rinse with cold water and cook in boiling salted water.
Cool, peel, cut into slices. Place in a dish, put green peas or potatoes, drizzle with horseradish sauce or mustard sauce, garnish with lemon, sprinkle with herbs.
