Multicolored potatoes with pearl onions
1 kg new potatoes, preferably colored
400 g pearl onions
salt
Black pepper
Olive oil
4 sprigs of rosemary
4-6 sprigs of thyme
Preheat oven to 200 degrees.
Cut the potatoes into quarters, so that the potato slices were only slightly higher than the bow.
Onions clean way: cut the top of the cut in half and peel.
Put the potatoes in a bowl and pour about 1/4 cup of olive oil, add 2 teaspoons of salt and a teaspoon of pepper. Stir.
Put the potatoes and onions in baking dish. Sprinkle with herbs. Bake for about 35-40 minutes, or until until the potatoes are tender.
