Fish "in the north"
340 g fish fillets
3 Potato
2-3 tomatoes
1 onions
2 cloves of garlic
2 Art. l. vegetable oil
4 Art. l. fish broth
parsley or dill
ground black pepper
salt
Onion fry in butter and place in a la carte pots, add the potatoes, cut into small slices, tomato slices, fish fillets, cut into cubes. Pour all the fish broth, pepper and salt.
Simmer for 30-40 minutes in the oven, chopped garlic and add it for 5 minutes until tender.
