Fish with egg in Polish
100 g fish fillets
? boiled eggs
1 h. l. butter
1 pinch of chopped herbs
Within 10-15 minutes to boil the fish fillets on a moderate heat until tender.
For the sauce, chop half the eggs, mix with herbs and butter melted, add 3 tsp broth of fish, mix well.
Served with egg fish in Polish watered cooked egg sauce.
