Roast fish and potatoes
400 g fish fillets
30 g green onions
5 potato tubers
2 onions
1 glass broth
2 Art. l. butter

Processed fish, cut into pieces a la carte, fry on both sides in butter until soft.
Put the fish in a roasting pan on it - raw potatoes, sliced, chopped onion rings or half rings.
Season with salt, add the bay leaf and pepper, pour in the broth, put out hot with fish and potatoes until tender over low heat.
Before serving, fry the fish and potatoes sprinkled with chopped green onions.
