Student chops
500 g egg noodles
300 g ground beef
250 g grated cheese
3 eggs
3 Art. l. olive oil
2 Art. l. breadcrumbs
ground black pepper
salt
Boil the noodles in water, salt, cool and add the minced meat, egg, 2 egg yolks and cheese, whipped mass.
Molded from the resulting mince patties, dip them in beaten egg whites, breaded in bread crumbs and fry in butter.
Garnish student cutlets can vegetables.
