500 g champignons

2 onions

2 boiled eggs

2 Art. l. chopped parsley

2 Art. l. vegetable oil

2 h. l. wheat flour

3 glass chicken broth

1 glass cream

salt

Skip mushrooms through a meat grinder, finely chop the onion, connect and fry in vegetable oil for 10 minutes.

Add the flour, pour in the broth, salt and cook for another 10 minutes, then remove the soup from the heat and add the cream.

Coarsely chop the eggs, add to the soup with herbs before serving.
