Cod with carrots in foil
300 g cod fillets
1 carrot
1 onions
1 Art. l. lemon juice
1 Art. l. chopped parsley
ground black pepper
white pepper
salt
Place the cod fillets on foil. Grate carrots and place fillets, add the chopped onion, parsley, pepper, salt and drizzle with lemon juice.
Firmly connect the edges of the foil packets lay on a baking sheet and bake at medium temperature until ready.
