Salad halibut
Required products:
4 tbsp. vegetable oil
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tbsp. the wine is dry
1 green onions - beam
dried herbs (a blend of: tarragon, chervil, chives, dill) - 4 tablespoons
pepper
salt
tomatoes

1 PCs halibut . (600 g)
Grease a piece of foil 1 tablespoon of oil. Place on a foil fish, drizzle with lemon juice, sprinkle with salt and pepper, wrap in foil and place on a baking sheet. Bake in the oven for 35 minutes. Before unwrapping the foil and let the fish cool.
Divide the fish into pieces, remove the skin and bones. Add the remaining oil and wine. Gently mix. Chop onion and connect it to the fish. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Add herbs and stir.
Serve with tomatoes, boiled rice and a green salad.
