Salad of halibut (2)
Required Products:
500 g halibut - fillet
2 onions - head
4 Art. l. low-fat yogurt unsweetened
some yogurt to choose? we'll show
1 Art. l. lime juice or lemon
6 tarragon or parsley - sprigs
1 dill - beam
White pepper powder
salt
Halibut fillet cut into large chunks and cook for a couple until tender. Flesh is separate from the skin, cut into small pieces.
Onion cut into thin half-rings, sprinkle with lime juice, leave for 10 minutes.
Tarragon and dill wash, dry and finely chop, leaving 2 sprigs for decoration.
Connect halibut, onion, chopped herbs, season with yogurt, salt and pepper.
When submitting complete your dill and tarragon.
