8 PCs halibut fillet

200 g canned corn
what kind of corn to choose? we'll show

2 tomato

2 tbsp. grated hard cheese

2 tbsp. chopped parsley



2 tbsp. bread crumbs

? tsp. dried thyme

1 tbsp. vegetable oil

black pepper

salt (to taste)

Add salt and pepper fish fillet.

Cut the tomatoes circles, to separate from the liquid corn.

Until Golden brown fry the breadcrumbs in butter.

Grease the baking pan with oil, put in it half the fish fillets and sprinkle with thyme.

On top put the tomatoes, then the corn, sprinkle all with chopped parsley and cover with the rest of the fillet.

Sprinkle with cheese and breadcrumbs and bake at 180 degrees for 30 minutes.

Serve cooked fish on the form.
