Grilled halibut
300 g halibut (1 steak)
120 g tomatoes
30 g vegetable oil
greens
ground black pepper
salt
Sauce:
30 g dry white wine
25 g sugar
5 g adzhika
5 g soy sauce
Not yet fully thawed piece of fish podsolit and pepper and bake in the oven for 15 minutes at 200 degrees.
Preparation of sauce: twice evaporated mixture of wine and soy sauce and sugar, then allow to cool and add adjika.
Fish grease prepared sauce, put in the oven for another 10 minutes.
Peel tomatoes, cut them into slices and fry in vegetable oil, add the remaining sauce.
Laid halibut steak on a plate lined with tomatoes and decorated before serving lettuce and greens.
