Braised brisket in cognac
150 g pulp pork loin
2 potato tuber
2 tomatoes
2 Art. l. olive oil
1 Art. l. canned corn
some corn to choose? we'll show
1 h. l. brandy

lettuce
Rub brisket spices, then fry until golden brown in butter, add the brandy and simmer until tender.
Boil potatoes, tomatoes cut into slices, garnish with braised brisket in cognac boiled potatoes and vegetables, arrange lettuce.
