Ear in Rostowski
600-800 g walleye
3-4 l water
6 tubers Potato
4 tomatoes
3 bay leaves

Clean the fish, gut, wash, put in a deep pan, pour cold water, salt the half an hour to boil over medium heat.
Get the fish from the broth, strain it.
Peel potatoes and cut it into cubes, peel the onion, chop, put in a deep pan, pour the broth, add chopped greens, boil for 20-25 minutes.
Fish add to the soup for 10 minutes before end of cooking, along with sliced tomatoes, peppers, peas, bay leaf, and then on low heat bring the soup to a boil.
Ready for ear-Rostowski poured on plates and fill with melted butter.
