Kebab "in Uzbek" (recipe �2)
600 g lamb
1 onions
2 Art. l. lemon juice
1 Art. l. wheat flour
some flour to choose? we'll show
1 h. l. ground anise
red pepper
Cut the meat into cubes, onion finely chop.
Lemon juice, anise and pepper combine and mix.
Meat connect with onions, pour the prepared marinade. Stir, put into the refrigerator for 3-4 hours.
Skewered marinated lamb on skewers, sprinkle with flour barbecue, fry until cooked over the coals.
Before serving kebab "in Uzbek" You can garnish with parsley and onion rings.
