Barbecue in Uzbek
700 g lamb
4 5 bulbs
100 g fat tail
2 tbsp. flour

1/2 tsp. anise
2 tbsp. wine vinegar
1 the bundle of parsley

Lamb (meat) cut into pieces of 10 - 15 g, fold in neocosmos bowl, add chopped onions, vinegar, garlic, salt, red pepper, stir, seal and leave in a cool place for 3 to 4 hours.
Before frying the pieces thus prepared lamb threaded on skewers alternately with slices of raw onion, sprinkle with wheat flour, at the end of each skewer push on a piece of sheep fat and cook over hot coals.
Apply immediately after roasting on skewers (3 - 4 skewers per serving). Garnish - chopped onions and parsley.
