300 g meat

100 g dried porcini mushrooms

3-4 cloves garlic

2,5 Cup sauerkraut

2 tomato



2 head onions

1 root parsley

1 carrots

3 tbsp. vegetable oil

1 tbsp. flour

Boil the mushrooms and chop them finely, put in a clay pot, add the chopped and roasted meat.

Finely chop the cabbage, put in a pan, add finely chopped carrot, onion, parsley root, 2 tbsp. oil, to extinguish and put the vegetables in the pot.

Pour the mushroom broth, pepper, add the cardamom, salt, add the flour (it should fry in 1 tbsp oil), simmer the soup in the oven for 40 minutes, and add at the end of cooking the chopped garlic and tomatoes.

Served soup in Boyarsky with sour cream.
