Pike stewed with oranges
1 orange
1 glass orange juice
450 g fillet of pike
2 onions
1 tomato
parsley
1 Art. l. vegetable oil
ground black pepper
bay leaves
Salt (to taste)
At the bottom of the dish put chopped onion rings, add the vegetable oil, pepper and salt.
Put on the bow fillet of pike, fill it with orange juice, add the bay leaf, cover and simmer for 15 minutes in the oven at 180 degrees.
Before serving sprinkle fillets released in the quenching juice, arrange sliced tomato circles and orange slices, garnish with herbs.
